You are hereby notified that the Zoning Board of Adjustment has DENIED an appeal submitted by:
Daniel J. Pratt, 11 Stone Lane, Temple, NH, for a Special Exception as allowed under Section III.I.D.1 from Section III.I.E.3, 25 foot wetlands buffer, of the Zoning Ordinance of the town of Greenfield.
The Board determined that denial of the application did not prevent productive use of the land.
